Completed Woody Point Renovation

Here is a beautiful little renovation we have just completed in Woody Point. The client wanted to retain the charm and character of this pretty, little low-set house. The works included the removal and disposal of a class B asbestos shed and siding, ripping out the existing double front doors and replacing with a traditional hardwood single door. The old kitchen (1960’s) has been completely replaced with a sympathetic modern rendition including a massive pantry and brand new white goods. The new blinds and fresh paint give this property a sparkle it hasn’t had in years. Some new electrical works and a replacement of the existing smoke detection system bring this houses compliance in line with modern day standards. MJFG love jobs like this!
